Auburn Good Ol' Days festival is a great venue to reach thousands of potential customers in a fun and relaxed atmosphere!  You can market your product, perfect your sales pitch, raffle a company prize, etc.!  Complete a commercial vendor application to obtain a booth space for the weekend!  Reach your target market!!!!!

If your check has been processed you may consider yourself accepted. We return any check that accompanies an application that is not accepted. We do our best to limit the types of competing booths. 

Answers to frequently asked questions may be answered by scrolling past the links below. Our phone lines are busy this time of year so please do what you can to limit phone calls. Emails work much better in our management as we are volunteers and retrieve messages as best as we can. Thank you for understanding.

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS TAKEN DIRECTLY FROM THE VENDOR APPLICATION

 

AUBURN GOOD OL’ DAYS FESTIVAL

FESTIVAL HOURS  (see below for check in and tear down by category of booth)

Friday:        

6:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Booth open optional and encouraged for food booths)

        Friday Night is Class Reunion, 5K Fun Run, Entertainment and Vendor Set Up

Saturday:

9:00 am – 10:00 pm (Must be open 9:00 am – 6:00 pm) (6pm – 10pm optional)

Sunday:       

9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Must be open 9:00 am – 6:00 pm)

 

VENDOR CHECK IN AND TEAR DOWN TIMES by category

  • The following vendor check in times are related to the street closures and parking lot closures

Food Vendors :        

Check in: Friday Night 5:00 pm at B St. NE & Main St. (Near The Mane Team Salon and across from Rottles)

Set up can follow check in at 5:15 pm - You will be in the parking lot at 1st Street NE and B Street NE so you can set up at 5pm

Tear down Sunday after 6:00 pm - DONE by 8:00 pm

 

Non Profit:                

Check in: Friday Night 6:45 pm at B St. NE & Main St. (Near The Mane Team Salon and across from Rottles)

Set up can follow check in at 7:00 pm - when streets close which is a stipulation of our city permit

Tear down Sunday after 6:00 pm - DONE by 8:00 pm

 

Commercial:            

Check in: Friday Night 6:45 pm at B St. NE & Main St. (Near The Mane Team Salon and across from Rottles)

Set up can follow check in at 7:00 pm - when streets close which is a stipulation of our city permit

Tear down Sunday after 6:00 pm - DONE by 8:00 pm

 

Arts & Crafts:

Young Un’s Square:

Check in: Saturday prior to 9:00 am at City Hall Plaza at Division St. N & Main St.

                Or you can pick up your packet Friday Night at B St. NE & Main St. near The Mane Team Salon and across from Rottles

Set up on Saturday morning – done by 9:00 am

Tear down on Sunday at 5:00 pm – no earlier

VENDOR BOOTH DEFINITIONS

Food Booth: Any vendor selling food or

beverage.

Non-Profit: A booth that is for either public

information or display and not for the purpose of

direct sales to consumers. Service clubs or nonprofit

groups wishing to sell items to support their

group require purchase of appropriate vendor

booth space.

Arts & Crafts: All items for sale must be hand

crafted. Commercially produced items are not

allowed. Vendors wishing to sell items

commercially produced require commercial booth

space.

Commercial: Any booth selling commercially

produced items or is for the promotion of

commercial services.

Young ‘Uns Non-Profit: A service agency or

group providing a FREE activity for children

Saturday and Sunday. Service clubs or non-profit

groups wishing to sell items to support their group

require purchase of appropriate vendor booth

space.
